Products purchased on our website can be collected in person at our Mulgrave store at a convenient time or we can arrange packing and shipping to your location.
Australia wide Shipping
We generally use TOLL Priority Overnight for the delivery of items, although TNT, Australia Post and others are sometimes used where the service level or cost is superior. A standard charge of $14.95 is applied at the Checkout, which covers the cost of a 1 Kg bag. Heavier items will be shipped in a 3 Kg or 5 Kg bag at additional cost. TOLL are instructed to leave deliveries at a front door or in a mail box if no-one is available to take delivery. Upon request we can instruct TOLL to take undelivered items back to their depot. In this case a re-delivery fee of the original shipping charge is levied by TOLL and is payable by the customer.
Larger and/or heavier items, such body panels, cylinder heads, etc. will be assessed on a case by case basis. We will contact you to discuss and agree the shipping method, timing and cost. For very small items, such as a badge or gasket, we may use the normal Australia Post service which will reduce the shipping cost.

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekend and public holidays). We will contact the customer if there is likely to be a significant delay in despatch.
To avoid damage in transit all products will be wrapped and packed according to their size, weight and fragility. The aim is to get parts to you in undamaged condition as quickly as possible.
We generally don’t ship goods outside Australia.
